The LUCKY winner is....

Just stopping in again, as promised, to announce the winner of my blog candy for the All Jacked Up in June Blog Hop. I apologize for taking so long to announce this winner, life just became too hectic and I had to put blogging and crafting on the back burner for a bit. But enough of me rambling, and on to the good stuff!
Random.org chose the LUCKY winner and the LUCKY number chosen was….. LUCKY #13- Pat P.

This is what Pat had to say:

CONGRATULATIONS Pat! I will be sending you an email shortly to get your info so I can get your goodies out to you!
Thanks to everyone who has ever left me any type of love here on my blog! It is very motivating and inspiring and I appreciate EACH and EVERY one of you!!!
Be sure to check back soon to see what I am creating…and who knows…if I reach 200 followers soon I just might have to do another giveaway J!
Until Next Time…

Raina's Cartridge Giveaway

I just wanted to share that Raina over at Raina's Favorite Crafty Things is trying to reach 100 Followers and she is giving away the following cartridge once she reaches that point.

Be sure to head on over to her blog and become a follower for a chance to win this awesome candy!

I know it has been a LONG time since I've shared or even been on my blog. Now that I am on summer break, I vow to get back into the swing of crafting. I've been in kind of a crafting funk and just haven't been motivated to create anything. I'm starting to feel that love coming back which means I will be creating something soon! Thanks for all of the support and for continuing to be such awesome and inspiring followers!

Also to those who have won blog candy, I have not forgotton about you. I will hopefully get everything out into the mail very soon. I also still need to choose a winner from the All Jacked Up in June Blog Hop that I participated in earlier this month, I promise to do that later today.

Until Next Time.....

All Jacked Up Blog Hop

Welcome to the ‘All Jacked Up in June’ Blog Hop. You should have started your ‘jacked up’ journey at http://www.shortnscrappy.com/. If you have arrived from http://www.glitterstampsandpaperohmy.com/ , then you are not on some ‘jacked up’ blog trip, you are actually on the right track!

Our themed projects for this hop could be altered ‘jacked up’ items, projects made from ‘jacked up’ scraps, or anything cocktail related.

I chose to share two projects with you. One project is one that I will be using in my classroom and the other is a birthday card that I made for my Dad!

For my first project I took an empty Lysol wipes container and did my best to modify it to look like an Elmer's Glue Stick. Right now this project is still pretty plain so I would love some feedback on what I could add to it to make it a little more appealing for first graders to want to use. I think they are going to want to put thier empty glue sticks, which our school can earn some money for, in the container regardless but I'd love to make it just a little more appealing! :)

The glue bottle is cut from Locker Talk and I hand wrote the words

I didn't think that my stop on this hop would be complete without making SOMETHING related to the cocktail aspect of the "jacked up" interpretation. Unlike me, my dad enjoys a nice cold beer every once in a while so I thought that this card would be PERFECT for him. I used the Smiley Cards cartridge and my gypsy to make this shaped card! To get the dripping beer effect on the card I used one of my cuttlebug border folders. I think it turned out great!

A blog hop is not complete without having some candy available. Although I do not have a picture of what I am offering up, one lucky commenter will receive some surprise blog candy from me for leaving myself and all of the other stops some love!

Thanks so much for stopping by!!! Your next stop is http://www.katieoscreations.blogspot.com/. If you get ‘jacked up’ and lose your way, please visit http://www.shortnscrappy.com/ for the complete lineup.

Until next time...
