For my project, I'm featuring the Winged Things set. This set is so much fun to use! I'm so glad I chose it as my focus set for the week, because I really got to play with the many possibilities it offers to enhance my projects!

Now for my project!!!

Isn't this little bee just too cute!!! She is cut from the Create a Critter cartridge. I added a little bow to her antenna to give her a little bit of charm. :)

The base of my card is cut from the Pack Your Bags cartridge and welded together using my Gypsy.  And of course my sentiment is from the awesome Winged Things set!

This is the inside of the card. I just love that I was able to put this phrase together. I just love how versatile the K. Andrew Designs stamps are! That makes them that much more fun to play with! :)

I had so much fun making both of these cards, and they are just so YUMMY!!! :) First up is the super fun gate fold card that I created. This is a 5 x 7 gatefold. That yummy bonbon is cut from the Yummy cartridge for the Cricuit Imagine. When you open up the card you see... This adorable and happy lollipop! Doesn't it just bring a smile to your face!!! I couldn't stop smiling as I was making it! The lollipop was also cut from the Yummy cartridge. I love this cartridge and I'm so thankful that my co-worker allowed me to borrow hers until I can get my hands on one! Simply Sunday Snow & Embossing Challenge & Day 1 of the Getting Cricky Pre-Hop Week

Greetings Crafty Friends!!! I hope that everyone is having a wonderful weekend! I've found some time to relax and just enjoy some "ME" time!!! We all need some of that every so often! I want to welcome you to this week's Getting Cricky Simply Sunday Challenge! This week's challenge theme is Let it Snow- Use embossing! I had so much fun creating my project for this challenge and I couldn't wait to share it with everyone. So without further adieu I present to you my project! I can't begin to tell you how much FUN I had making this card! Now for the details! These adorable penguins are cut from the Simply Charmed cartridge. The snowflake is from the Christmas Solutions cartridge. All paper is from my pile of scraps! And where is that awesome sentiment from you ask! Well it is from 2 sets from the One and Only K. Andrew Designs line of stamps! I used the Winter Wishes set and Crafty Friends! This was the absolute perfect sentiment for what I had envisioned in my head! Not only are we having our Simply Sunday Challenge, but this Friday is our Monthly Getting Cricky Blog Hop, which I know that you are going to LOVE! Simply Fabulous

Hello my crafty friends! I hope that you each are having a wonderful week so far! The week has started out pretty good for me. I had a very relaxing weekend and was able to get a lot of crafting done. As mentioned in my previous post, my goal this year is to do better at getting birthday cards out to my family members and friends this year. I'm already off to a decent start! LOL!  My cousin is celebrating her birthday today, so I made sure to get her card done over the weekend. It also gave me a chance to play with the Cricut Imagine that Santa brought me for Christmas. Can I just say that I am really LOVING this machine! I can't wait to see all that I'm able to do with it in addition to continuing to use my Expression.  Oops..so sorry I digressed. LOL. Anyway, I used the Summer in Paris cartridge for the cuts on the card and the Industrial Glow cartridge, that came with my Imagine, for the patterned cuts and for the teal background. Most importantly I used the Fashionable Friends and Coffee & Tea for You & Me stamp sets from the AWESOME K.
